John 17:20"My prayer is not for them alone. I pray also for those who will believe in me through their message, 21that all of them may be one, Father, just as you are in me and I am in you. May they also be in us so that the world may believe that you have sent me. 22I have given them the glory that you gave me, that they may be one as we are one: 23I in them and you in me. May they be brought to complete unity to let the world know that you sent me and have loved them even as you have loved me. Jesus prayed that we may all be united together with each other as well as united to Christ and “Father” and in order to achieve this we must fulfill the complete worship stated in Revelation 4.
Rev 4:4Surrounding the throne were twenty-four other thrones, and seated on them were twenty-four elders. They were dressed in white and had crowns of gold on their heads
10the
twenty-four elders fall down before him who sits on the throne, and
worship him who lives for ever and ever. They lay their crowns
before the throne and say: 11"You are worthy, our Lord
and God,
They lay their crowns before the throne
Not only was they laying their physical crowns down this is symbolic of their very lives, by laying their crowns at the feet of the throne they where also laying down everything about themselves and submitting it to God, and worshipping Him in the manner in which He deserves. This is also how we should be before God each and every minute of the day. Completely submitted to Him and being worshipful and thankful for all we do and endure for His great honor.
Once we decide to
fulfill this in our lives then we fulfill
John 4:23
